Order Processing & Production Time
Citywide Designs products are printed on demand through our print partner, located in the United States.
Production typically takes:

2–5 business days for most apparel

Additional time during peak seasons (holidays)
Once your order is produced, it will ship immediately.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
Typical delivery windows:
Standard Shipping (U.S.)

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (varies by item and provider)
Expedited Shipping
Selected products offer upgraded shipping speeds.
Estimated delivery will be shown at checkout when available.
Please note: delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Wrong Address or Missing Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for an updated address.
Reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Citywide Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
We will work with our printing partner to replace the item as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept:

Changes in size or color after production begins
However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be printed and shipped from different printing partners facilities.
This means items may arrive at different times.
Processing & Holiday Delays
Our printing partner and our shipping carriers may experience delays during:

Thanksgiving week

Christmas/New Year holiday period

Major USPS/UPS/FedEx disruptions
Please allow extra time during these high-volume periods.
